Yosef (Yoske) Shapira is the founder and chairman of Yeladim-Netivot. He has served as a government minister and as head of the Youth Aliyah Department of the Jewish Agency. He is also a senior commentator in the Israeli press.

Dovi Paritsky, General Director of Netivot Educational Projects, Dovi is a former Jewish Agency Shaliach to South Africa, Australia, and later, to North America, where he was involved in informal Jewish education. In Israel, he is the founder of Midreshet Harova girls' seminary. |

Mimi Lax - Director of Long Term/Year Programs Mimi grew up in a community called Kfar Adumim where religious and non religious Jews lived side by side. They established a similar community called Alon where she lives to this day with her husband and four children, aged 8-20 with a spectacular view. Mimi is in charge of Yeladim Netivot's long term program, Israel By Choice: a year-long program for participants from the Southern Hemisphere. IBC strives to personally enhance the participants and creates a deep and meaningful bond between them and the Israeli society. Dorit Graiver - Educational Coordinator of Short Term Programs Dorit is the program coordinator short-term programs. She was born and raised in Petach Tikva and served as a tour guide in Eilat for her National Service, after which she spent a year learning at the Beit Midrash for Women in Migdal Oz. She did Shlichut in Australia and the United States on behalf of the Jewish Agency. For 9 years Dorit was a counselor and a tour guide for different groups and programs of all ages and types and worked in developing Hadracha programs. Dani Yemini - Educational director and head of High School in Israel program. Dani lives in Peduel with his wife and 4 kids. Has been in the educational field for more than 15 years. Has served in Bnei Akiva Israel in various positions; as a Bnei Akiva Shaliach in Manchester, England (1994-1996) and an Aliyah and Bnei Akiva Shaliach in Los Angeles (2004-2007). Dani is an advisor for Aliyah in "Tehilla" the volunteer movement for religious Aliyah and is the director of short term programs in Yeladim-Netivot.
