If you're not sure you want to come to Israel for a yea, Le'eylah Uleeylah is a great way to see first-hand what its all about. And if you are sure, its an excellent way to fine tune the imprtant decsion of what program to choose. There are so many yeshivot and seminaries, and each one has its own unique flavor. Le'eylah allows you to spend a day in three institutions of your choice. In addotion, you will meet with current year students and hear first-hand about what a year in Israel and their particular school is like, as you spend a magical Shabbat in the holy city of Tsfat.Le'eylah provides you with the opportunity to reallt understand what's going on in Israel today. The men's program will spend a day and a half at a Gadna base, learning about the military challenges that Israel faces, and understanding the sacrifices that their Israeli counterparts must make for their country. The women will similarly experience what young Israeli religious women do, as they participate on a special national service program (Sheru Le'umi) in a development town.In addition to experiencing, you will also hae a chance to discuss Israel's challenges during our special cuirrent events session. We will also present a "town meeting" with a leading Israeli personality, where you will be able to ask any questions you may have. Past groups have met with a Prime Minister, Defense Minister, Army general and newspaper editor.
